  • What Laser Surgery is done for Acne?

Scars on your face are one of the most disappointing occurrences that can happen to you. There exist many recommended ways to treat scars on your face. They range from natural methods creams, oral treatment to surgeries. However, technology has introduced a type of surgery treatment for acne known as laser treatment. People with stubborn scars have found this method to be quite effective.  However, it is critical to note that the risks involved are high.

There are two types of laser treatment for acne. They include, ablative and non ablative. These two terms are very common as far as treatment of acne is concerned. The ablative method involves the removal of the top layer of the skin. Usually, it is done by flaming the tissue of the scar with laser. As a result, the collagen of the skin is stimulated and it smoothes the area where the scar was formed. This way, the scar is removed.

The non ablative, involves changing the skin without changing the outer layer at all. This method is known to have the results of making the skin smother tighter and fuller. In laser surgery, an aesthetic cream is applied to the skin. It prevents the skin from overheating.
