  • How to get rid of itching acne?

Basically acne erupts and treatments have some chemical properties which lead to itching on the affected places of your skin.  But itching caused due to acne breakouts is not a cautionary sign of any other health problems. Treatment of acne itching symptoms includes right skin care methods or techniques.

    Thorough Cleaning of the skin
Cleanse your face or skin regularly to remove the dirt, makeup and other residue from your skin pores to prevent and control much of the itching caused by acne breakouts. Most of the facial and body cleansers for acne comprises too much of alcohol which is not good for your skin as it makes your skin very dry and flakey. So try some water-based cleansers to clean your skin.
    Moisturizers
Moisturizing the skin is very important thing to be followed after cleansing as it prevents your skin from acne itching.
    Inflammation and Scabbing
Inflamed acne marks such as cysts and white heads cause acne itching and pain. Unluckily, scrubbing the inflamed marks may cause acne rupture and create scabs. Acne scabs also lead to itching.
    Medications

You can try some of the antibacterial medications such as benzoyl peroxide and topical ointments such as retinoids which are the differentials of antibiotics or vitamin A, or you can also try some oral antibiotics.
