Acne - Diet and acne Relationship
People say that acne is due to the fact people do not eat on right time and not eat right type food. It is completely wrong that diet is the reason for the acne but it so for sure that it plays a role in healing of the acne. However if you are not taking enough water required by your body than your skin will get dry and looks unhealthy.
Acne is a genetic disease and if your grandparents or your parents have them than it is said that you will carry the same cells in you. So there is nothing diet causes to initialize the pimples. The acne starts by the blockade of pores on your skin and constant blockade of sebum and keratin takes the form of acne.
If you are having problems regarding acne or under the treating process you should take healthy green vegetables and avoid burgers and fries that contains oil which is not very good for your skin. Also avoid fatty foods for example creams and cheese. Use fruits and natural juices as they are natural anti oxidants and cleans your blood.
