Acne is basically the blockade of pores on your skin and the dirt and bacteria remains trap in those blockades causes the pimples to pop out. Acne has various other reasons as it is a genetic disease, however it is curable. Many different ingredients and treatments are used for acne depending on the type of person’s skin. Normally acne is caused during teen years.

Hydrogen Peroxide is said to be very effective for acne. But it depends on the person skin as few people are allergic to hydrogen peroxide. Basically it works by reacting on the dead skin cells inside which bacteria is developing the acidic nature of hydrogen peroxide makes a way for oxygen to go through the pores and cleans out the cause of blockade. Hence the result is clean and clear skin.

You should not however use it without consulting the doctor. Hydrogen peroxide is an antiseptic and is simply used to kill bacteria on the skin. Before applying it you must first wash the face thoroughly with water with a normal soap, not an anti bacterial one as it can cause a reaction. This will allow the dirt particles and any oil to wash away from your face.

Now to apply the hydrogen peroxide, take a clean bowl and put hydrogen peroxide in it. Now use cotton pad and dip it in the solution and carefully apply it on the affected areas or just where there is a pimple. Avoid making contact with clear skin. However you feel a pimple inside the skin and it might pop out in a day or so then you can apply a very little quantity.

Also make sure that it does not fall in to your eyes or the area around eyes as it is very reactive and will cause redness and irritation inside. It dries the skin so be careful while using it as over dosage will destroy the healthy look of your skin.
